Lecture 3/5. Singapore, 2010.

This third lecture in a series of 5, begins with a discussion around the importance of “the pause” both in a yoga practice and in our daily life. The discussion continues to show why we may choose to “pause” in our life: a pause allows us to maintain harmony. And, if we are willing, harmony is always possible.
