Lecture 2/5. Singapore, 2010.

This recording is the second in a series of five. The first lecture, Lecture 1, provides some beneficial background to the discussion developed here as it introduces the concepts of bearable, tolerable and pleasurable, how they work in our lives, and how an Asana practice is a tool to help experience them so that we can them apply them in our lives.

The session also talks about the development of the ego, or “I” and how all ideas come from our inner world – we create them – and according to how we create our inner world, we then create the life we live. We have a choice – what kind of life would do we choose to create?

The third lecture in the series can be heard here.
