Movement is always occurring. The transformation of energies is constantly occurring. 
In nature. In our bodies. In our minds.

We cannot stop [it].
But we can learn to not become identified with it. 

There is a boat on the water and the trees are going by. They do not move, but they appear to.

Action is not of the Self, but it appears to be so.
