Swamiji returned to the Babaji Ashram in June 2019 and to revisit and expand upon themes presented in 2018 retreat. He begins by outlining for aspects of human existence: phyisology, psychology, philosophy and theology, how they can all play a part in how we understand ourselves – our ego, or I-ness – and live our day to day lives.
